It seems that Zion has forgotten how to crawl. Now that she is so adept at walking, she doesn't crawl anymore. I don't blame her, I mean, I like walking more than crawling too. I can think of several reasons why walking is better than crawling:
1. You don't wear out your knees on your pants.
2. You have a higher vantage point to see things.
3. It's faster once you have it mastered.
4. Everybody else is doing it.
5. You can reach stuff that we've tried to put out of reach.

Yes dad, but when I walk I have so much further to fall.

I love this post - it hits very very close to home. All the stuff that we put "out of reach" is now tantalizingly close for wee Zoe. Steve and I know that one day, Zoe will have a day where she does NOT bump her head on something. I wish the same for Zion. One day ...
