Does anyone ever go to the Vernon Rec Centre pool? It's pretty sweet, with a slide and everything, a rope swing, a diving board, and a whirlpool thingy like the human whirlpool that we make at RockRidge. Last night I took Cam, Joakim, Lucas, Trent, and Holly there, and we had an intense game of keepaway in the kiddie pool. The lifeguard was watching us like a hawk and told us we weren't allowed to throw the ball really fast at each other or he'd take it away. Okay, I'm twenty-six years old and I'm getting in trouble from the lifeguard. What I would like to do is get a t-shirt that says "Life Guard" on the front, and walk around the pool with a stern look on my face. Could they make me take it off? No way, I can wear whatever I want. Then people would really listen to me.
