Yesterday I played a round of golf with Steve Wensley, who gave me some much-needed tips to improve my swing and my golf game. He's a good golfer, and it's humbling to lose to a teenager, but there's no other teenager I'd rather lose to. Speaking of golf, NHL players are going to have to take a break form hitting the links to hitting the ice again. In my opinion, the owners won, getting a salary cap, and the players conceded a lot in the agreement. We'll have to wait and see if the fans are still going to be around when the game comes back in the fall, and if the league can be prosperous once again.
