Yesterday I totally tweaked my upper back/lower neck, and it's been hard to turn my head to do shoulder checks in the car. Pretty dangerous, so this morning I took a nice hot shower to try to loosen it up. I don't know if a shower is good for it or bad. It must increase the circulation, so maybe it's bad because it increases the blood flow to the area and therefore makes more swelling. I'll have to ask my nurse wife.
Speaking of showers, Zion had her first one the other day, and she absolutely loved it. I think she still prefers baths, but a nice shower raining down on her feels pretty good. What a brave little girl, not afraid of water. Maybe she'll be a swimmer like her mom, instead of a flounderer like her dad.
