TRICKS AND TRINKETS AND WHATNOT...ALL TOGETHER IN ONE CONVENIENT LOCATION

On Friday night (morning) at 4:00AM, Rachel and I were awakened by laughing and yelling outside our window, and we thought it was just some people out partying late. But really, most people don't party at 4AM, especially in the back yard of Vernon Creek Village. The next day, however, we saw that there was a sign with an arrow that pointed to "Wedding." We looked on the grasss behind our complex and sure enough, there were tents set up with a buffet meal and wedding decorations. Someone had gotten married in our back yard! I mean, don't we have any rights? What if we had wanted to use the grass to play a game of croquet or bocce? What if we had planned to have a picnic by the creek? That lawn belongs to all the members of our strata, and if we had wanted to, we could have strolled down there and joined in the wedding festivities. If we had wanted to...

After the dinner and all the rain, only the empty tents remained.
