Well I was terribly disappointed yesterday when I showed up yesterday to the Kal vs. Shuswap Junior Boys' rugby game, and Shuswap had decided that they would not show up for the game so it was cancelled. Luckily, it has been rescheduled for 3PM today, at Kal, so I hope everyone will be able to be there in the sunshine cheering on the Kal Lakers.
I played rugby in grade 8 and when the ref blew his whistle, I didn't know what he was calling half the time. It is a hard sport to understand, but the more you watch it the more you get. So come out after school everyone, and let's all learn a little about rugby.
