I was really impressed with Derek from Seaton last night, winning the First Annual Young Life North Okanagan Spelling Bee (FAYLNOSB). The winning word was "h-i-p-p-o-p-o-t-a-m-u-s." That's quite impressive Derek; we nerds need to stick together. By the way, when I was in Grade 6 and lost the spelling bee to "some girl from Vernon," the way I should have spelled the word was "r-e-m-i-n-i-s-c-e-n-c-e." I put an a instead of an e at the end.

Miranda, I can just picture you spelling the word..."em-eye-awww-awww-oh-awww, Me-wooh."

so it took me a long time to figure out what your comment said steve. i guess that's why i wasn't a finalist in any spelling bees. my talents must be in other areas.
