Some lawmakers in Illinois are repulsed by a new form of body modification, and want to ban the new procedure known as "Jewel Eye". The procedure involves making a tiny slice in the white of the eye, and tiny flat metal hearts and half moons are slipped in and surgically embedded.
"I don't think anybody should be messing with the eyeball," Democratic Representative Kevin Joyce said Friday.
All I know is that nobody's going to be messing with this little girl's eyeballs, and she's never going to get any piercings, tattoos, wear any makeup, have any boyfriends until she's twenty, go on any dates, etc. She's just a perfect little girl, and she's going to stay that way.
