Good morning everyone, second day of Spring Break and it's a great day for heading off to Kelowna. I'm bringing Anthony and Dustin with me, and would bring Danny if he wasn't heading off to Silver Star to board.
Does anyone who reads this work out at Kal Fitness? I'm thinking of getting a membership, but I would like to talk to anyone who works out there, to get some information on whether it would be worth it. That's the problem I always have with getting a gym pass; I start going every day for a little while, and then if I don't have motivation, I start slacking off.

    Well I wish I could say, "Yea Steve, I go to the gym, we should go together."
    But I'm a bit of a slacker when it comes to working out. I always say I will, but never do. I'll go for the odd walk here and there, but definatly not enough to get a super model body. Luckily, I still have good metobolism. I'll rely on that for awhile longer.

    Who thinks Steve needs to go to the gym? We'll have our own voting pole. And since he won't reply to our comments, he'll have no defense.

    our own voting poll? that's the craziest idea i've heard all day
    but as to your question should steve go to the gym. personally i don't want to see him turn in to one of those gym junkies. you know the ones who start using all the crazy powders and hang out at the gym all day. ya that would be bad.
