Went to the Kal Junior boys' game last night at VSS with Steve, Matt, Braden, and Brendan. We saw DJ and the rest of the team demolish OKM from Kelowna; Kal has a great team.
Today we're going to Fulton to see the grade 8 Kal team play in a tournament there. One of my favourite things is seeing friends play sports; I love the competition, the emotions (don't say you're not emotional when you play), the athleticism involved.
Speaking of sports, the Super Bowl is next weekend in Boston, and once again nearly 90% of Americans will tune in to watch the Philadelphia Eagles play the New England Patriots. A note from Braden Vanderhorst: the most eaten food during the Super Bowl is...you guessed it...guacamole (8 million pounds).
