TRICKS AND TRINKETS AND WHATNOT...ALL TOGETHER IN ONE CONVENIENT LOCATION

Wednesday, January 26, 2005

Did any of you hear that January 24 is officially the most depressing day of the year?

A British psychologist created a formula that takes into account numerous feelings to devise peoples' lowest point. The formula is {[(W+(D-d)] x TQ} / M x NA, where the variables are: (W) weather, (D) debt, (d) monthly salary, (T) time since Christmas, (Q) time since failed quit attempt, (M) low motivational levels and (NA) the need to take action.

But don't worry, we've passed it, and things can only get better from here, at least until January 24, 2006. Besides, even if it is the worst day of the year and you feel that life has given you lemons, you can still make lemonade. Find out how here.
